Rohin Tagra is the Founder & CEO of Azimuth GRC LLC. Rohin has 20+ years of experience in the financial services, banking regulatory, and technology space. He founded Azimuth GRC to develop an automated, innovative and agile governance, risk and compliance solution that drives compliance with laws, automates regulatory change management and creates a collaborative environment that is operationally efficient and
economical.
Prior to founding Aziumth GRC, Rohin was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase in their Mortgage and Oversight & Controls Divisions. He was responsible for leading the company through its operational compliance with many of the regulatory efforts and settlements following the financial crisis. Rohin also led a team at Lender Processing Services Inc. nka Black Knight Financial Services through compliance with and execution of their Consent Order.
Rohin’s experience also includes executive level positions at Bank of America in Operations and Technology where, among other things, he was pivotal in integrating the Risk and Compliance functions of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
Rohin lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelors in Economics from Emory University.
